Morocco’s New Energy Projects Create Technical Training Opportunities
TAQA Morocco finalised financing on 3 November for the first phase of its 96 MW Boujmil wind farm, backed by four Moroccan banks. The investment is approximately MAD 1.3 billion, with first electricity deliveries expected in the second half of 2027. The project creates potential demand for renewable-energy training, technical skills development and workforce preparation. HPC can support training needs assessments, programme design and institutional partnerships.
