Moroccan Hotel Expansion Backed by 215 Million Euros and Three European Hotels Trading

On 15 October a hotel group secured €215m of debt from a development bank and a Moroccan bank to grow its hotel portfolio in Morocco, so builders, furniture suppliers and operators will be needed. This week also saw a 331 bed hostel in Holland Park, London, sell, along with a 164 room Holiday Inn in Zurich and a 148 room hotel on Lake Como, all with undisclosed prices.
